The Cup

The naturally processed Catuai beans offer deliciously smooth sweetness. The silky texture is made for espresso, filling the cup with notes of milk chocolate and dried fruit. Low acidity works well in milk while straight, expect fragrant black tea and prune.

The Farm

Alta Mogiana region is one of the most well known coffee-growing areas in Brazil. Production in the region began more than a century ago, driven by the arrival of immigrants and the expansion of railroads, establishing Alta Mogiana as an important region for high-quality Arabica coffee. The landscape is characterised by plateaus and gently rolling hills, with coffee farms located between 800 and 1,200 meters above sea level. This elevation, combined with mild temperatures throughout the year,
creates ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Working closely with family farms, FAF shares their expertise and values to improve quality and sustainability.

The Process

In contrast to many commodity focused Brazilian farms, FAF ensures their coffees are meticulously hand picked. Ripe cherries are harvested, sorted, and for our naturally processed lot, slowly dried on patios. With the outside fruit of the cherry left intact, this gentle process ensures the development of sweet, aromatic flavour.

    Shipping Estimates: Shipping dates and delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

    Import Duties: If you order from outside our primary shipping region, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your physical product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

    Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Perishable goods (such as roasted coffee beans, filter papers and other products used in human consumption) may be subject to specific restrictions.

    Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
