  • ✪ SUPERVISOR (F/T) - minimum 3 to 4 years f/t experience

    We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our TWOBEANS team. The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and 4 to 5 years in the coffee industry.

    ⇢ Irish or EU citizenship is required.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to lead and ensure smooth day to day operation

    • Have a deep passion for all things coffee

    • Customer service champion

    • Superb organisational skills to include but not limited to:

      • Insuring all stock is up to date

      • Driving sales

      • Implement new ideas to evolve business

      • Engage and nurture our team at all levels

    What to expect in this role:

    • Full time, 5 day working week with set shifts

    • Starting salary €32.000 p/a - 36.25 hrs p/w

  • ✪ BARISTA (4/5 set days, 29/36.25) - minimum 2/3 year f/t experience

    ⇢ Experience Essential ⇠

    ⇢ Proficiency in all coffee related matters.

    ⇢ Bank Holidays, Weekends and Christmas Off.

    ⇢ Must be flexible in covering when needed.

    ⇢ €14.15 to €15.50 depending on experience.

    ⇢ Shared tips.

    ⇢ Staff discounts.

    ⇢ Fluent English is required.

    ⇢ Irish or EU citizenship is required.

  • ✪ Part Time Barista (3/4 set days, 21.75/29 hrs )  - minimum 1 year experience

    ⇢ Experience Essential ⇠

    ⇢ Must be available for schedule across 7 days.

    ⇢ Have a deep passion for all things coffee

    ⇢ Bank Holidays and Christmas Off.

    ⇢ NO weekends only.

Do you have at least one year experience behind a coffee machine in a full time position?

Can you make a tasty Spro, V60 and AeroPress?

Do you know Red Bourbon or Castillo, or your yield from your ratio?
