✪ SUPERVISOR (F/T) - minimum 2/3 years f/t experience in similar role

⇢ Experience Essential ⇠

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at TWOBEANS. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2/3 years experience in a similar role and at least 4/5 years in coffee industry.

⇢ Irish or EU citizenship is required.

⇢ Visa stamp 2 & 4 applicants will not be considered. ⇠

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and ensure smooth day to day operation

  • Have a deep passion for all things coffee

  • Customer service champion

  • Superb organisational skills to include but not limited to:

    • Liaising & ordering from current suppliers

    • Insuring all stock is up to date

    • Driving sales

    • Implement new ideas to evolve business

    • Engage and nurture our team at all levels

What to expect in this role:

  • Full time, 5 day working week with set shifts

  • €34.320 p/a - 41.25 hrs p/w

✪ BARISTA (F/T) - minimum 1 year f/t experience

⇢ Experience Essential ⇠

⇢ Proficiency in all coffee related matters.

⇢ Must be available for schedule across 7 days.

⇢ €13.50 to €14.50 depending on experience

⇢ Shared tips

⇢ Staff discounts

⇢ Fluent English is required.

⇢ Irish or EU citizenship is required.

⇢ Visa stamp 2 & 4 applicants will not be considered. ⇠

+ Currently NOT Hiring for following Positions in our [Dún Laoghaire] Coffee Bar

✪ Part Time Barista (16 to 24 hours) - minimum 1 year experience

⇢ Must be available for schedule across 7 days.

⇢ NO weekends only.

⇢ Shared tips

⇢ Fluent English is required.

⇢ Irish or EU citizenship is required.

  • Do you have at least one year experience behind a coffee machine in a full time position?

  • Can you make a tasty Spro, V60 and AeroPress?

  • Do you know Red Bourbon or Castillo, or your yield from your ratio?

  • Are you a team player and are your work ethics customer service focused?

  • Are you passionate about true Speciality Coffee and ethics surrounding it?

  • Do you want to work with some of the worlds best coffee equipment, the likes of La Marzocco machines, Mahlkonig & Victoria Arduino grinders or some of the Best European coffee roasters, the likes of The Barn, our main roasting partner, Guest roasters the likes of La Cabra, Koppi, Five Elephant and many more to come?
